1 Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the qqqeee platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between qqqeee and its users ("you" or "member"). By using our services through the qqqeee website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written for Bangladeshi users and apply to them. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. qqqeee reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered your automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered an integral part of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use the qqqeee platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old ("for ages 21+ only").
• You must be a natural person — registration as a company or organization is not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You must create an account in your own name and for your own use.

qqqeee may request necessary documents for age or identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on the qqqeee platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any active balance. Each person may only create one account — having multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. qqqeee will never ask for your password by email or chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our customer service. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. qqqeee also reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the qqqeee platform is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Your balance is credited to your account immediately after the deposit is completed.

You must use your own payment method. Using a third party's account or payment channel is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed during the verification process.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. qqqeee reserves the right to investigate any transaction and request additional documentation for the purpose of preventing money laundering.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the qqqeee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Conversion to other currencies is not available.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,500; a deposit of ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus amount can be withdrawn. qqqeee's wagering requirement is 15x — meaning you must wager 15 times the bonus received. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Winnings from bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• A bonus can only be claimed once; claiming a bonus multiple times from the same household, IP address, or device is prohibited.
• qqqeee reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at its discretion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

qqqeee's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play and active participation on the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the qqqeee platform operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased and fair results. Each game has its own rules displayed within the game.

If any round remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, qqqeee's records will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following applies to betting on various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi:

• Once a bet is accepted, it remains valid at your selected odds even if the odds change afterward.
• If an event is cancelled, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• There may be a set delay in live betting; attempting to exploit this delay may result in account termination.
• In the event of any dispute over a result, qqqeee's decision is final.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Placing opposing bets across two accounts to exploit bonuses (arbitrage betting).
• Using software bots or automated methods.
• Stealing or fraudulently accessing other members' account information.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

qqqeee places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We use SSL encryption and modern data protection technology. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

It is your responsibility to keep the information provided at registration accurate and up to date. Contact customer service if any information needs to be changed.

8 Intellectual Property and Copyright

9 Platform Limitations and Disclaimer of Liability

The qqqeee platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but we will not be liable under the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Failure of third-party service providers.
• Losses resulting from your own negligence or breach of these Terms.
• Data loss caused by unforeseen technical errors.

qqqeee's maximum liability will under no circumstances exceed the balance held in your account.

10 Responsible Gaming
